We have been researching and developing the way of making good Sake
for many years.
Recently, we began using a new ingredient Organic Rice.
We have cooperated with farmers and raised the organic rice without
any agricultural chemicals. We also do not use genetically modified
foods and chemical contaminates.
Therefore, it is very safe for your body.
We are the first sake brewery to be approved as organic by ASAC.
